The Advanced Entertainment Platform (AEP) provides DIRECTV linear satellite and broadband over-the-top (OTT) content for an enhanced entertainment experience for your customers. This next-generation solution adds an in-room set-top box, a custom remote and cloud services to the HD COM System.
Establishment must have a minimum WAN bandwidth of 25 megabits per second per 100 Units.
HD COM Distribution Equipment and Android set-top boxes must remain continuously connected to the establishment's broadband via its Ethernet or Wi-Fi at all times.
Traditional DIRECTV® service, along with OTT app-based content delivered via broadband, allows viewers instant access to live and On Demand entertainment with no customer login or password required.
Apps include Netflix,^ Paramount+ with SHOWTIME On Demand, Music Choice,® Amazon Prime Video,^ Tubi, EventSeeker and CitySeeker, plus access to thousands of hours of content from dozens of programmers in the DIRECTV On Demand app.
The customizable Property Information App is included at no extra cost.
Supports 4K HDR content.
AEP supports streaming from personal devices via STAYCAST™.
Ability to provide a live TV–only experience for lobbies.
Customize the home screen elements to target different set-top boxes within a property for different experiences as needed.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
